I set out to understand what makes people feel something.

Raised between Venice, Italy, and Buffalo, NY, I learned early how narratives cross cultures. Now I build the brand frameworks that turn global organizations and executives into trusted voices.

I’ve always been allergic to genericness

Venice, my hometown, has protected its visual identity for centuries. Growing up there, I watched a city keep a flawless surface while quietly optimizing itself away from the people who lived in it.

It left me wary of anything too clean. Polish is cheap now—anyone can generate a competent script in seconds. Credibility is what a company says matching how it acts, how its leaders speak, and what its people believe.

My work is translation

Living and working across six countries taught me that branding is an act of translation: complex ideas into content people connect with, executive intent into thought leadership, and employee voices into brand advocacy.

Combining enterprise depth with scale-up agility, I build reputation systems that stay coherent through major transformation.

What I stand by

Perspective over generic output

In a feed full of automated noise, conviction is your only real moat. If you swap your logo with a competitor’s and your messaging still makes sense, you haven’t built a brand—you’ve published a summary.

Trust moves through people, not logos

Corporate pages broadcast, but people connect. True influence happens when executives speak like humans and employees are empowered to share their real experiences.

Resourcefulness over comfort

My best lessons didn’t come from smooth launches. They came from stepping into unfamiliar rooms, operating in third languages, and figuring things out when the script disappeared.

Assume positive intent

Clear, empathetic communication solves more organizational problems than corporate posturing ever will.

Off the clock

I’ve lived out of a single backpack across continents, lived in six countries, and explored dozens more, not to check boxes, but to see how culture shapes what people trust.

Long walks are my think tank, fitness is my reset button, and I eat crunchy peanut butter daily. I approach life, wellness, and work with the same intentionality I bring to narrative development, because how you do anything is how you do everything.
