The aim was to showcase BlackRock’s global offices with content and branded messaging to position the company as a top employer worldwide. We worked on the development of branded editorial, video, and photo assets for social, our website, and our branded profile on The Muse, partnering with external creative agencies.
The aim was to completely redesign our BlackRock careers site following the launch of our new visual identity and brand messaging, adding content and revamping our layout with the support of an external creative agency.
We partnered with internal stakeholders to gather content and functionality needs, map out our candidate journey, and project managed the progress.
The result was a completely new site that acted as an information hub for candidates to learn more about our programs, open roles, culture, and company.
The aim was to promote the opening of BlackRock’s new Atalnta innovation hub and hire top technology and sales talent locally. Ran organic campaigns across our social channels and a paid campaign on LinkedIn that maximized ROI by achieving new hires, decreasing our cost per lead, and reaching an average content engagement rate of 1900% above the LinkedIn benchmark.
The aim was to promote our global programs and initiatives to attract talent and advance our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Early Careers programs.
