The aim was to refresh our career site layout and content to reflect our new EVP messaging and add more information for candidates to self-assess before applying, as well as improve the application process.
Completely revamped our career site, rebranded it with the full brand launch, and added a brand new Early Careers page. Achieved this by partnering with internal creative and developer teams in-house and an external agency for content. As part of the content and layout refresh, we designed a new site map and updated the verbiage, assets, and layout for a better user and brand experience. To enhance the candidate experience, we added a Job Alerts widget to widen our talent pool and generate leads; we refined our filters for an easier and more intuitive job search and improved functionalities for a better application process.
We also edited job description templates and crafted a job description guide for hiring managers to provide candidates with a peek into the company and team and list out important local benefits to increase applications.
These efforts resulted in an increase in time spent on our career site, traffic, job applications coming in from our career site, total job applications, and total qualified job applicants.
